Dates: September 11 – October 30, 2024
Wednesdays (Bi-Weekly) | 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Each class session will be three hours in length online via Zoom, meeting every other Wednesday beginning September 11, 2024, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. NPU University is implementing a Code Enforcement Training Academy to empower City of Atlanta residents with knowledge surrounding code enforcement and the law through various departments.
The City of Atlanta Code Enforcement Academy Training program will provide participants with knowledge of core job functions through classroom instruction and educate community members on departmental structure, premise violations, substandard structures, 3-1-1 overview, and community partnerships.
This course is free to participants. Those interested in applying must be at least 18 years old, a City of Atlanta resident, and able to commit to attending four out of five classes.
Participants in sessions must have access to Zoom and video capabilities. Wi-Fi is recommended.
