P1004.003 ZONING FUNDAMENTALS LAB

🏗️ Zoning Fundamentals Lab is the capstone of our zoning series - building on the core concepts from sections I and II. In this course, you'll dive into real-world zoning cases, explore current land-use trends, and follow projects from start to finish. 🧠 Learn how to apply zoning principles directly to Atlanta’s neighborhoods 🏡 and key corridors, and sharpen your skills for real impact.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of P1004.001 and P1004.002 required.

Participants must download the Zoom app and must have a smartphone, iPad, or another tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. A Wi-Fi connection is strongly encouraged, but not required. If you are not using wifi, please check with your wireless or internet service provider to ensure additional data charges will not apply.
