CD 1003.001 : Housing Security Series | Avoiding Housing Scams & Reducing Property Taxes

Are you aware of the pitfalls and scams to avoid in homeownership? As a part of our Housing Security Series, this course provides information on property tax exemptions that can help homeowners lower their property tax bills as well as information on how to appeal property tax assessments before the annual April 1 deadline.
