About the Event
🏙️ Urban Plan Academy for Community Leaders is a one-day, immersive course designed to strengthen community leaders’ understanding of the real estate development process. Participants will explore the economic and political forces that shape land use decisions, gain insight into the complexities of zoning and entitlement, and examine the trade-offs and risks developers and city officials face during negotiations.
