CD1008 LIVED EXPERIENCE: EXPLORING HOUSING AFFORDABILITY THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL LEARN
This two-hour in-person training will be conducted in collaboration with the City of Atlanta's Office of Housing and Community Development. Facilitators who have firsthand experience will lead participants through a simulation aimed at delving into the concept of housing affordability.

About the Event
Get ready to immerse yourself in the challenge of finding a home within your community that fits your family's budget. Here's the twist: your budget will be set at 60% or less of the area median income. How will you navigate the search for affordable housing? What steps can you take to secure one for your family? What living conditions can you expect? Facilitators, who have firsthand experience, will lead participants through a simulation to delve into the concept of housing affordability. Please note that there are only 25 slots available, so selected participants will receive a confirmation email containing details about the course.
