This course has been tailor-made for individuals who are community leaders or aspiring to become community leaders. It is intended for those who share a common goal of establishing effective engagement processes and achieving greater levels of community involvement. By reaching higher levels of engagement, we aim to foster a sense of ownership and leadership among residents, enabling them to actively drive civic change rather than passively observing or merely offering feedback.

Throughout this course, students will delve into the 6 Guiding Principles of community engagement, gaining a comprehensive understanding of these fundamental concepts. Additionally, they will acquire the skills necessary to train others in effective community engagement practices. Furthermore, we will equip students with knowledge about the various resources available to support the growth and development of emerging community leaders.
