This virtual class is free to the public and designed for NPU chairs or presiding officers who want a better understanding of these best practices for running effective meetings to improve meeting productivity and effectiveness. Having a grasp of parliamentary procedure, following board rules and agendas, and respecting member roles can make everyone better leaders.
