About the Event
WB 1008 Neighborhood Planning Series | Planning for Mobility in the City
Explore opportunities for guiding Atlanta's neighborhoods towards achieving equity in mobility. Mobility (access to safe, reliable, and affordable transportation options) is one of the most critical components to leading a healthy, independent, and connected life. This two-hour panel discussion and Q&A in our Neighborhood Planning Lecture Series engages thought leaders, community leaders, and mobility and transportation advocates in a conversation on how equitable mobility can impact neighborhoods and how neighborhoods can impact equitable mobility.
Before the class, we recommend you download the Zoom app on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer. We encourage you to join the class 10 minutes before the start time to give yourself (and technology) a little wiggle room. Participants must have a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer in order to view the presentation and presenters.
If you will not be able to attend the class, please let us know immediately so we can admit someone from the waiting list. Per the NPU University policy, students who register for a class and do not attend or withdraw will be unable to register for classes for 60 days. After the second occurrence, you will be unable to register for classes for the remainder of 2020.
